The decision to run for Council this year was not an easy one. Like you, I have many responsibilities and, if elected, I will have less time for my business and family. But voters in Norwich will already have too few choices when they go to the polls this year. I could not in good conscience let this opportunity to help shape Norwich's future pass me by.
My education has given me the tools to understand economic change; my experience has taught me about the challenges facing Norwich's businesses and the opportunities within their grasp. With the right leadership, and with the commitment of her citizens, Norwich can both retain the qualities that make this a nice place to live and thrive in the economy of the future.
I am prepared to do my part, and represent our precinct with sound judgment and dignity. I haven't asked for campaign contributions. I am being as thrifty with my campaign dollars as I will be with your tax dollars. I am asking for your vote.
Please do your part and vote this Election Day. I appreciate your vote.
